Project details presented by Bob Kunzen, Brilliant Signs and Electric, along with the property owner Matt Litchko.  Proposed electronic sign will replace the existing

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • How thick/deep is the sign?  About 6-8inches thick per BK
  • Will the sign box be painted as well?  Yes, painted black per BK
  • Will there be any overhang above or below the sign face? No, per BK
  • Concerned that it is too close to the corner of the building, also concerned that it could be too bright, or that the images will change to rapidly.
  • What is the intended imagery you want to use?  Combination of promotions, weather, time, pictures/graphics, and words per BK/ML.
  • Consider aligning the sign with the windows below.  Per BK/ML they are open to moving the sign over to be better aligned.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Motion to approve with the conditions that the right sign of the sign is aligned with the right side of the windows below, and that the brightness and changing imagery is controlled per code.
